Indigroup is an executive search company, whose quality of services is becoming a benchmark in Baltic states. Our client is Baltic Asset Management. The main activity of the company – real estate investment project management. Baltic Asset Management is fast growing real estate developer which has reached a total annual turnover of 22 million EUR in 2021.
The company has already successfully developed and sold 15 real estate projects and currently it’s concentrating on 6 ongoing projects. The growth is so fast, that the company is planning to invest 40 million EUR into new real estate projects this year. The company is located in Vilnius with the main office in Green Hall.
The main company consists of 60 team members in total. By now the company has gained a significant and fast-growing position in real estate market of Lithuania with portfolio of 550 residential rental units.
We are currently looking for an experienced business management professional, capable of taking the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The person will be based in Vilnius office and will be responsible for running daily operations within TOP10 real estate investment and development company on the market.

Darbo pobūdis
As the COO, you will be responsible for management and improvement of daily operations within Project Management, Development, Sales/Rental, PR/Marketing and Administration departments.
- Further development of a fast-growing real estate investment and development company with 100M+ portfolio of projects
- Leading an ambitious team of manager and formation of highly motivated family of more that 60 professionals across the company structure
- Company owned real estate portfolio (550 units) management and development – conversion projects for the revitalization of buildings and new construction of residential buildings
- Formation and daily control of implementation of development strategy – development of exceptional projects and ambitious goals in local and foreign markets – 50,000+ m of projects in pipeline
- Performance analysis and optimization
- Maintenance of internal processes and their implementation with focus on people management and talent growth

Reikalavimai
- 7+ years’ experience in large or mid-size organization in role of GM, CEO or COO
- Higher education (economics, finance, business management, etc.)
- Good knowledge of financial management, ability to measure indicators and represent the company in negotiations with partners
- Ability to represent company on the market (public events, forums, exhibition)
- In-depth knowledge of people management
- Analytical skills, experience in strategic planning, project management and budget management
- Ability to take a strong leadership in team and strategy development while being a hands-on manager
- Good business English language skills
