Indigroup is an executive search company, whose quality of services is becoming a benchmark in Baltic states. Our client is Fortis Media and its cofounded company 8Count Media. Originally started as a digital marketing agency Fortis Media is expanding it’s focus through strategic partnerships and is entering publishing and affiliate marketing market in the United States by introducing sports betting and online gaming content products with optimized user acquisition funnels. Fortis Media is also one of the owners of the 8Count Media which is also owned by iDream Interactive (Canada) and BOC. Agency (USA).

The role of Web Publishing and Ad-Tech Product Manager will work in Lithuanian, but the product team will be an international one with members from the US, Canada and Lithuania. The product is dedicated to the US market and the overall team of the product consists of 31 members in total.

The whole product team consists of 13 digital marketers, 13 devs and 5 stakeholders.

You will be working in an international team of members from the US, Canada and Lithuania. Devs are based in Canada. Digital marketing team is in Lithuania. Business and product decision is in the US .

Description

The Product Manager of Ad-Tech and Acquisition will formulate and deliver the short and long-term product vision as it pertains to our ad-tech, attribution, tracking, and overall acquisition journeys. You will use your experience in digital marketing, affiliate-marketing, ad-tech, market segmentation, and attribution to work alongside the Digital Marketing team – identifying enhancements around the tech-stack that supports this key piece of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering against our web publishing, ad-tech and affiliate capabilities. You will own the prioritization of both stakeholder and customer needs, creating roadmaps, and facilitating the day-to-day product discovery and delivery activities all while focusing on improving our key KPIs. You’ll be working alongside a variety of stakeholders from different partner organizations: product managers, designers, engineers, and QA team members. Your success will be measured by our customers’ satisfaction as well as our core business goals and metrics. 

Product team: this is our first product manager hire, although will interact closely with product, engineering and QA of our development team in Canada. Devs are based in Canada (total team of 13). Digital marketing team is in Lithuania (team of 13 in total). Business and product decision is in the US (total team of 5).

Your mission will include managing our digital content pipeline, optimizing website conversions, and working with our retail team to create player journey’s for venue activation campaigns.

Responsibilities 

  • Articulate product strategy for your area of ownership, sell your vision to leadership, and champion a roadmap that inspires the business unit to deliver the strategy.
  • Launch product initiatives with high confidence through mitigating risks and executing go-to-market plans with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed written requirements with acceptance criteria and negotiate trade-offs with engineering and design teams 
  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly standups, planning, and grooming activities.
  • Be the subject matter expert for your product and its customers.
  • Ability to visualize and articulate the big picture yet ensure the small details are delivered.
  • Work in coordination with engineering team to execute, deliver, and meet the release/sprint goals.
  • Ensure Product objectives are fulfilled, and deliverables are met upon delivery.
  • Understand the competitive landscape – prescribe user research and competitive analysis to help support and frame our initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Science/Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management, with focus on user acquisition. 
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Media – acquisition tactics and strategies (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc.). 
  • Proficient with all things Ad-Tech focusing on marketing automation, attribution, audience management, etc. 
  • Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using a variety of reporting systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to convey intricate ideas in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ability to clearly describe the vision for our products as well as the ability to define clear requirements and use cases to support them.
  • Experience as a relationship builder and a champion for transparency and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of managing several priorities concurrently and capable of finishing them with minimal supervision 
  • Advanced command of English language. 

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience managing marketing spend and ideal media mix for a large customer base.
  • Prior experience with Affiliate marketing and attribution systems/platforms.
